  • Schedule Openhouse on MLS

  • Write Agency Documents During Business Hours

  • Serves as point of contact for Lender,

  • Title, Co-Op Agents, Buyers & Sellers

  • Ensure all Contract Requirements and Deadlines

  • are being met and completed by parties to the contract.

  • Ensure Earnest Money is received by the deadline

  • and obtain a receipt. Send to all required parties

  • Schedule Inspection with Client, Co-Op agent,

  • and Inspection Company.

  • Track the Due Diligence Period to ensure repairs

  • are requested and agreed upon prior to the end of

  • the Due Diligence Deadline

  • Follow up with Lender and Title to ensure timely closing

  • Upload contract documents to Brokerage Compliance Portal

  • Ensure Financing and Appraisal Contingencies are met,

  • and Appraisal is viewed for any repairs or low value

  • Obtain Buyer/ Seller and Agent Signatures on any

  • needed Addenda/Documents

  • Send any Executed Addenda to necessary Parties

  • Order Home Warranty outlined in the Contract

  • Complete the Commission tab in Command

  • Collect any repair receipts photos and

  • deliver them to the Buyer

  • Schedule Closing with All Parties

  • Confirm Lender has Clear to Close

  • Obtain and Review the Settlement Statement for

  • Accuracy and forward to the Agent.

  • Send Client Closing reminders and Instructions

  • Coordinate Keys with Listing Agent and Buyer
     

Platinum - $425

  • Marketing Package + Offer Writing

  • Write Offers During Business Hours

  • Assist in writing Addenda with Agents Approval 
    and Guidance (Final Approval will be the
    responsibility of the Agent)

  • Marketing Services
        + Social Media Marketing Package (Design)
        + Flyer (front/back) or brochure for the listing (Design)
        + Email Template
